Heart Health | Get Fit St. Pete

Join the journey to "Heart Health" on the FOURTH Saturday of each month. This low-impact, heart-healthy exercise class combines cardio and strength training to support endurance, mobility, and overall well-being. Held in the Outdoor Exercise Zone, it offers a refreshing open-air setting with energizing workouts set to fun, motivating music.
